Elume is operated from India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India. These Terms are governed by Indian law, irrespective of the user's location or nationality.
Elume is an AI-based clarity and productivity assistant. It does not provide medical, legal, psychological, or professional advice. You acknowledge and agree that use of the Services is entirely at your own risk, and Elume is not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on interactions with the AI.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elume, its founders, directors, employees, advisors, contractors, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the Services.
This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elume and all persons associated with it from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations of any kind regarding the Services, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are otherwise engaging in harmful conduct.
All content, branding, software, and design elements of Elume are the intellectual property of Elume or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written consent.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to the updated Terms.
We may use third-party services like Razorpay or Google APIs. Your interaction with such services is governed by their terms and privacy policies, and we assume no liability for them.
Elume strives to comply with global laws, including GDPR, but does not guarantee legal compliance in all jurisdictions. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of Elume is lawful in their respective country.
