General Terms

All purchases on Elume are considered final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that Elume offers intangible, non-returnable digital services, which are exempt from refund obligations under Indian e-commerce law and most international consumer laws.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error (proof required).
• Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions (with identity verification).
• Complete non-usage within 24 hours of subscription.

For Indian Residents

Under Indian consumer law, digital content delivered instantly is not eligible for cancellation once access begins. This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

For International Users

Refunds will be processed according to applicable digital consumer laws of your jurisdiction, only where they override this contract. Otherwise, the no-refund policy applies.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your next renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect after your current billing cycle ends.
